Holidays may be specific to times of the year but their iconographies are timeless. With Sol, the latest publication by Nucleus, Junko Mizuno has taken her favorite holidays from both American and Japanese cultures and created 12 new original works bound in a removable album sized format, sealed in a flower petal case and limited to only 1000, not to be reprinted.

The exhibition will feature original pencil and ink/acrylic drawings on display and available for sale.  Join us on opening night for the official release of the bound Seasonal Print Collection. 

Attendees are welcomed to share a drink and take silly pictures in a customized cut-out photo op while hanging out with Mizuno, as she will be flying in for the opening reception on Saturday, August 16, 2014.
