Follow the story of an army of young women seeking to overthrow the empire. This regiment drafted for their power, pride, and pedigree fight a solitary war intermixed with unlikely magic yet reticent longings for something undiscovered. Artist Jaime Zollars' imagery sets the stage for a tale of secret societies, political struggle, vanity, and a quest for something beyond sovereignty.

This collection marks the first solo by the award-winning artist, a Nucleus favorite whose work has been showcased numerous times. Her drawings and paintings of people and places far away, often depict ambitious and adventurous female warriors. The artist has illustrated for books, magazines, and ad campaigns for high profile clients including United Airlines, The American Red Cross, Scholastic, and L.A. Weekly.
