A hostile evolution of Bechder, Melder is a carnivorous predator. Melder’s primary targets in the wild are the diminuitive Beear, Shishi, Pinkgolin and Earthine. Farmers attempt to trick them into eating rotten fruit, which due to fermented sugars contains alcohol. They then transport the intoxicated Melder as far away as they can.
