Pupsicle maintains an internal temperature far below freezing point. Pupsicle releases this cold energy by panting, which often causes snowflakes to form. In addition to its temperature related abilities, Pupsicle boasts opposable ears and a tail, which it uses to cover its eyes when sleeping.
