Power in Numbers - Art Submission
I. Artwork Requirements
- All artwork must be 5" x 7".
- All artwork must be one-of-a-kind original or mixed media.
II. Compensation and Pricing
- All artwork will be priced at $50 or $100 chosen at the artist's discretion.
- The artist will be paid via PayPal. If the artist does not have a PayPal account, they should contact Nucleus.
III. Submission
- All artwork in Power in Numbers (PIN) must be sold exclusively by Nucleus for the duration of the contract.
- All artwork is contracted and will be online for a minimum of 365 days, after which point the artist can request the work to be removed from the site.
- Nucleus retains the right to refuse artwork for reasons of content or quality.
IV. Print Requests
- Sold PIN pieces may be requested as prints by online customers.
- If there are a substantial number of requests, the gallery will inform the artist and will create an open edition print at a 1:1 ratio of the original piece.
- Prints will be priced at $20. Artists will receive 30% of all print sales. Nucleus will handle the production and shipping of all prints.
- Prints will be open edition giclee on velvet fine art paper (unless otherwise noted).
V. Shipping and Liability
- Artwork does not need to be shipped until it is sold at which point the artist will be notified of shipping details.
- Artists are responsible for the shipment of the artwork to the buyer. Any loss or damage due to shipping will result in Nucleus issuing a refund to the buyer. The artist will be responsible for contacting the shipping provider to make a claim on any damaged or lost shipment.
VI. Copyright
- The artist owns the copyrights to all of their contracted PIN work and is responsible for protecting the copyright.
- Images of the artwork will be used for the PIN project and for promotional purposes only.
