Macroda were amongst the largest creatures in the world, but with a diminishing habitat and increased competition for food their size became detrimental, resulting in a gradual evolution into the much smaller creature you see today. Beginning their life in a pouch, Macroda mimmick their parents attacks. Very susceptible to cold, the Macroda pouch contains a continually burning fire to keep their young warm. The infant’s role in battle is to repeatedly hand fire out of the pouch to its host, which it uses as a projectile.
